At Tavisi Jewelry Collection, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality jewelry with transparency and care. Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refund on Used Products

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on used or worn jewelry.

Replacement Eligibility (India Only)

Replacement requests are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

  1. You received a damaged product

  2. You received the wrong product

  3. The product has a manufacturing defect

Mandatory Conditions for Replacement

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • A full unboxing video is mandatory

  • Video must:

  • Be one continuous recording (no cuts, no edits)

  • Start before opening the outer package

  • Clearly show the product and packaging

  • Clear video & photos of the damaged / wrong item must be provided

  • Replacement requests will be accepted only if the damage matches the issues specified by us.

  • Once the delivery is received, customers must share clear photos and a full unboxing video of the damaged product
    within 24 hours of delivery to the following contact number:

  • The video must be a single continuous recording (no cuts or edits) and should clearly show the product and packaging.

  • Requests received after 24 hours, without proper photos/video, or for damages not specified by us
    will not be accepted under any circumstances.

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no replacement request will be approved.

Important: Unboxing Video Rules

  • No pauses, no edits, no filters

  • Video must clearly show the entire unboxing process

  • If the video is edited or incomplete, the request will be rejected

Replacement Process (India)

  • Once the claim is verified, a replacement will be approved

  • The original product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging

  • Replacement will be dispatched after verification

Replacement Shipping Charges (India)

  • First-time order shipping within India is FREE

  • For replacement orders within India, a ₹100 shipping charge will be applicable

  • This covers courier, packing, and re-shipping costs

  • Replacement will be shipped only after the shipping charge is paid

International Orders – Replacement Policy

  • International orders are NOT eligible for replacement or return​

❗ International shipping, customs duties, and courier delays are beyond our control.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Products damaged after use

  • Orders without valid unboxing video proof

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Refund (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock, or

  • The order is cancelled within the allowed time

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
