We are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders.

  • Orders within India are shipped through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

    • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

• International shipping is available to multiple countries.
• International orders are shipped through reliable international couriers.
• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination & customs clearance.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures, local regulations, or courier delays.
• For bulk or multi-item international orders, additional charges may apply.
• Our team will contact you before dispatch if required.

• Middle East / GCC: ₹2500
• USA / UK / Europe / Australia: ₹4500
• South East Asia: ₹2000
• Japan & South Korea: ₹4000

💡 Final shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on destination.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance

• All international shipments are fully insured until delivery.
• In case of shipping damage or loss, claims are processed through courier insurance.

📑 Customs & Duties

• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer, based on the destination country’s rules.
• These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
• Customs processing delays are not under our control.

🔍 Order Tracking

• Once shipped, a valid tracking number will be shared with the customer.
• Tracking information becomes active once the parcel is scanned at the courier hub.

⏱️ Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days (country specific).
• Delivery time does not include customs inspection delays.

❗ Additional Notes

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
• Shipping timeline begins once the order has been processed & packed.
• Packaging is tamper-proof and safe for international transit.

Shipping Charges & Duties

India

  • Shipping within India is completely FREE.

  • No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

International Orders

  • International shipping charges are payable by the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by the destination country must be borne by the customer.

  • Tavisi Jewelry Collection is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

  • ​​International shipping up to 1 kg (including box & packing) is charged at ₹4,000.
    Orders exceeding 1 kg may incur additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted before dispatch.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • Both domestic and international shipments can be tracked using the courier partner’s tracking link.

Packaging

  • All jewelry is carefully packed using secure and protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • We take special care in packaging delicate jewelry items for both domestic and international deliveries.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Tavisi Jewelry Collection is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Customs clearance procedures (international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Unreachable or incorrect contact details at the time of delivery

However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues wherever possible.

Wrong Address / Return to Sender

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.

Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging are mandatory.

  • After verification, a replacement will be arranged as per our policy.
