  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination country and customs clearance.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Replacement is applicable ONLY for orders within India and only if:

Mandatory Requirement

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the parcel is received.

  • Video must be continuous, unedited, and start before opening the package.

8. Replacement Shipping Charges (India)

  • First-time order shipping within India is FREE.

  • For replacement orders within India, a ₹100 shipping charge is applicable.

  • Replacement will be shipped only after the replacement shipping charge is paid.

  • ​

9. International Orders – No Replacement / Refund

​

  • International orders are NOT eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video.

  • Resolution, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Tavisi Jewelry Collection.

10. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Customer damage

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Color variation due to lighting/screen

  • Courier delays

  • Orders without unboxing video proof

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

12. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only if:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
